Burger Inn in Schweinfurt

I just wanted to find a solution and be treated fairly .. then you are ignored and blocked .... the first time everything was good, except that it is a bit more expensive but what I now had for a shopping experience is the screaming, that Bread rolls like from the microwave the meat black and totally thin the salad was already composting. When I complained on Facebook, they said that all the other ratings were good that day, maybe mine wasn't. Instead of responding to the customer, I was blocked and the pictures I posted were deleted immediately. I'd rather have a Sefa burger again

Absolute cheek as far as the delivery time is concerned. Over 2 hours from order to delivery, nobody can be reached by phone. Never again.

Ordered for the first time today! I don't think price performance is justified! Delivery for two burgers took two hours! The phone is not answered (after an hour I tried x times to call and ask if the delivery was forgotten) no chance of getting through there, rings until the AB goes! In my opinion, that's bad customer service! The food was ok so far! The burgerbuns are crumbled apart (totally dry) The normal fries were good, the curlie fries were so hard you couldn't eat them! Cole Slaw good! The food was still warm! We will not order more here, delivery time is too long and as already mentioned above it is not worth the money!

The best is the bread and the sauces. hmmmmmmmmm. delicious.

Eat just delicious! Delivery time is usually 30 minutes to an hour. But it's worth the wait. Just order, try it out and be happy!

I ate something from Burger Inn for the second time today. The first time on site, but it was probably 1 year ago, was just ok. Today I gave it a second chance and ordered something. The fries arrived hot which was a plus, but they would have needed some time in the fryer as they were close to the limit. The burner wasn't the burner in terms of taste. The meat didn't taste like anything and neither did the sauces and the rest of the burger. The delivery time was also significantly exceeded at 30 minutes after the specified time. All in all, I find the price-performance ratio rather suboptimal.

The burgers with homemade ?bread rolls are super delicious leck unfortunately nothing comparable in Frankfurt / Hanau ..

Burger patties were fried medium well and very good in taste. A large portion of french fries, which were very good. With soft drink and homemade ice tea, a total of just over € 20 per person. At the end there were also prepaid cards for the museum parking garage.

ordered at 5:45 p.m. with delivery confirmation of approx. 60 min. After 1h 30min I called there and got the statement in 20 minutes the food will be there. In the end it was 8:00 p.m. until the food was delivered. In terms of taste, you can definitely do it, but it is not top class (for delivery service it is good). However, because of the delivery, you lost me as a customer.

2 hours delivery time - happened. If you inquire after one hour, do not apologize for the delay of> 1 hour - two stars deduction. Price-performance ratio was OK.

Great and good food in a suitable atmosphere. The food is of course not on the fast fast level of the well-known fast food chains. There are real high-quality burgers here. The prices for this have been adjusted accordingly. The restaurant is well furnished and divided into different topics. Every topic is implemented in a great and imaginative way. Small detail on the edge. If you park in the parking garage around the corner, the restaurant will credit you with 2 hours of parking time. Simply speak to the operator when paying.

Have ordered food there several times! The burgers are really delicious and arrive home in top condition (hot, not soaked, etc.). Sometimes the waiting time for the delivery is a little longer but it is worth it (or you can just pick up your food yourself - then it goes quite quickly). I can also highly recommend the onion rings. You get appropriately large portions for your money. Price-performance ratio top !!! Clear recommendation!

Food there was okay. Overall very expensive. Only after payment and order confirmation will you be informed that the order will be delivered in 90 minutes. One could at least give a hint beforehand.

Very friendly and attentive service, no waiting. Starters are very good and the dips are in a class of their own. Burgers are juicy and very well prepared, I am thrilled. Has been here for the 3rd time and would come again. Reservation also worked out very well. The restaurant is very clean and the staff courteous and very friendly. Top ?

Insanely delicious burgers, well thought-out concept and also well presented. Only the location on the street is a little awkward. The hygiene concept with the toilet could also be improved, since an operator cannot always come as soon as a guest was in the toilet to open the front door.

Small but good burguers

At first I was worried about the location change but the new location looks fantastic and parking isn't a problem. I brought some friends from America here and we all enjoyed our burgers.

Visited Burger inn yesterday evening...had the Kasperle chicken burger...definitely by far the best chicken burger I have ever had! Excellent food...excellent staff...top marks all round!!...looking forward to the next time...Mark from Ireland ???

I passed this place while doing evening jogging. It smelled good from the outside. Later on I have devide to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Fresh and tasty meat on burger, fresh veggies, bread just as I like ( often it is not the case). I left the place with great experience in terms of food but also service that was excellent.

Here is just every detail! The entire store is designed with so much love that it is almost impossible to discover all the details during a visit. The food: Extremely delicious! Here, too, everything is coordinated. I've rarely seen a store where everything is thought through to the smallest detail, like here. We will come back in any case. The prices are perfect for the offered quality. At the service / the team you also realize that you like to do their job. In summary: Beautiful store with friendly staff and extremely delicious food! Can be fully recommended!
